RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you need to return your item/s, in line with our return policy outlined below, please email info@boogiebeans.com. 

CHANGE OF MIND

If you do have a change of mind we must be notified within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a credit note provided you paid full price, the item is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached.

To lodge your return, simply email info@boogiebeans.com, and you will receive a postage address to send the item(s) back to us. All returned item(s) must be sent back in their original condition, including tags, within 14 days of receiving your product.

Please note, should you wish you return your items, Boogie Beans does not cover shipping costs.

At this time, Boogie Beans does not offer refunds for change of mind.

FAULTY ITEMS

At Boogie Beans, we take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality, so if you find an issue with one of our products we will review the issue as soon as possible and if found faulty, we will take the appropriate measures of a refund or replacement.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on "Sale" are final and we will not except any returns, exchanges or credit notes for these items. We ask you to please choose wisely before making your purchase.
